I usually have no problems with books from this publisher, but this book is terrible. I feel ripped-off. The book is difficult to read because it does not clearly explain some concepts(which even the instructor admitted) and it contradicted itself. I had to re-read the areas to make sure it just wasn't me; the author would write something then a couple of pages later contradict himself. There were also end of chapter questions that I could not find the answer. The case study scenario in the beginning of the book was ridiculous because it was unrealistic and overly complicated. It would have been better if the author had individual case studies for each chapter to explain the concept better. And I agree with other reviewers: if this is the latest edition, why not eliminate the references to "forms disk" (which made you feel like you did not receive what you were suppose to receive) and reference the website for the download instead of making a brief reference to the website in the preface.
Excellent book. Everything required by the Course instructor. Delivery service (UPS) was not up to par - but once the book was received - everything was good.
The Third Edition of this text does not contain a CD known as the forms disk. All of those forms are now available for download at a website referenced at the end of the Contents section in the book.
poorly organized. Text references unenclosed disc with the bankruptcy forms, yet no disc was provided. The book has too much in formation for paralegals, which made learning the content more difficult than necessary.

This book looks really nice. No one could tell that I did not get it from the University Bookstore. It was a whole lot cheaper online. I will definitely use this website again.
I received this book a week or so ago. I needed to do an assignment for class and happened to look for/at the CD included with the book. I found a home made CD manually taped in the back of the book. In order for books to be remarketed, they need to have the ORIGINAL CD of the software to accompany the book. This CD was home made on a blank and is totally unacceptable. The advertisement for the book says it comes with the tutorials, not home made ones.
