This is an exceptional guide for those that struggle with sexual sin. It really guides you in challenging yourself, looking inside yourself and understanding who you are in Christ. Get a group, go through this book and change your life.
We were made to live from the heart, but sadly most people don't. I use this material to help to help University Students and soon Secondary Students in helping them walk free from sexual addiction. Most of the insights from this book are unique from Mark Laaser and very helpful for men to get at the core of who they are and to become aware of their emotional wounds. Sexual addiction is sin, but trauma contributes to laying a deeper foundation for the sin of addiction to take route. Again, excellent resource. We are using this in our group for men in Carlisle, England in helping men become free from sexual addiction.

While, I don't have first-hand knowledge, the leaders of this group have indicated that this book is a very good resource, along with the Facilitator's Guide and Resource CD that I believe can only be purchased directly from L.I.F.E. Ministries. Amazon's price on the workbook is a lot better than L.I.F.E Ministries offers though.
